Londonderry Drive

This project was all about creating functional, family-friendly spaces tailored to the needs of a young, busy household. The existing layout was reimagined to provide a spacious kitchen where the whole family can cook, move, and gather comfortably. A large central island now serves as both a hub for everyday meals and a spot to connect, while a custom bar area gives the parents a perfect setup for entertaining.

To support the flow of daily life, we also introduced a new mudroom, complete with built-in storage for coats and shoes, a walk-in pantry, and a tucked-away desk with mail slots to keep everything organized. The result is a home that not only looks timeless but also supports the rhythm of modern family living with practicality, warmth, and ease.
