Fairway Drive

The homeowners had just purchased this house for their family of five moving from a different city. The house is an excellent size on a beautiful lot, but the second-floor layout fell short of expectations.

We redesigned the primary bedroom by adding a new cathedral ceiling and bigger windows for more natural light as well as a new ensuite bathroom and a more spacious walk-in closet.

The kids’ area also got a makeover by getting a new redesigned bathroom and modified bedroom/ hallway layout for better access to each one of their bedrooms.

We also worked with the homeowners to develop and focus on the interior design aspect of the new bathrooms and powder room on the first floor to help achieve their vision and desired aesthetics for the new home.
